Full time – Permanent – Office Assistant

The focus of this role is to assist our Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the office. This will include working across all departments in the business as well as greeting and liaising with clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior reception, client facing experience would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training and support will be given.
  • Happy to be busy and able to adapt to a situation quickly with an element of problem solving.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Common sense
  • Bright and positive personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently with initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent task and diary management skills
