  • User friendly software, allowing simplified data entry for our clients.
  • To calculate and pay your staff in accordance with the terms of their employment and eligible statutory payments as appropriate.
  • To calculate and deduct PAYE at the appropriate rate(s) to meet the current legislation.
  • To calculate and deduct National Insurance at the appropriate rate(s) for both the employee and employer to meet the current legislation.
  • Calculate and deduct pension contributions from eligible employee with the associated employer contribution, ensuring that current legislation for auto enrolment is met. This process is simplified when working in conjunction with Bigmore Benefits pension service.
  • Make appropriate third party and conditions of service deductions as agreed.
  • Generate payment files/reports to enable bank transfers to be made to pay your employees directly into their bank accounts.
  • Generate payslips to either distribution to employee electronically or in hard-copy form to be distributed manually.
  • Generate payroll journals, so that they can be added into various accounting packages. Our system includes direct API integration with several accounting packages.
  • Create and maintain pay, PAYE-Income Tax, National Insurance contributions and pension records for each employee, together with associated payroll reports for possible HMRC audit purposes.
  • Submit via RTI to HMRC detail breakdown of the total PAYE Income tax, Student Loan repayments, National Insurance Contributions less any rebates from statutory payments made each pay period.
  • Generate electronic payment files/reports to enable bank transfers (or by other means) to be made to pay HMRC.
  • Employees access to their payslips, P60’s and basic personal information via an app. They can also request annual leave via the app if you wish to use that feature.
  • Employer portal for access to reports and financial information.
  • Basic HR routines – Online recording of all types of leave and approving annual leave, Template letter of appointment and conditions of services, etc.
