Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) provide support to employees when they are experiencing difficulties in their day to day life. These difficulties can include anything from financial difficulties, bereavments, to mental or physical health challenges.

EAP will provide unlimited telephone counselling 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Many will also provide face to face counselling sessions and can provide a health and wellbeing portal with a range of online support.

We believe Employee Assistance programmes are one of the most valuable schemes a company can have in place. Companies should have as many channels as possible for employees to seek help should they be suffering, and EAP can provide one of the valuable lifelines.
