2. Mirror Will Ideal for married couples or registered civil partners who wish to leave all their assets to each other£510.00 (Saving of £65)
3. Codicils Codicils are amendments that can be made to your existing Will. A maximum of three simple amendments can be made before we recommend the Will needs to be re-written.£90.00 minimum
4. Letter of Wishes A Letter of Wishes is a document that accompanies your Will. It is not legally binding but can guide your executors and trustees to ensure your personal wishes are carried out.£90.00
5. Will TrustsA will trust - also known as a testamentary trust - is created within your will to allow you to protect property you hope to pass on to your family. Trusts are legal entities that allow someone to benefit from an asset without being the legal owner. £175.00 to £1500.00

These costs will be discussed at the first client meeting and will be agreed in writing before we proceed. More complex requirements including the use of trusts may lead to additional charges that would be agreed prior to any action undertaken.

* Please note the Office of the Public Guardian charge an additional £82.00 Court Registration Fee per person, per document. You may qualify for exemption or a reduced fee if you receive means tested benefits, Universal Credit or your income is less than £12,000.

If payment is not made when requested by the Office of the Public Guardian and your application is returned to us as unpaid, there will be an additional charge of £75 per application made payable to us for the additional administration required to reapply.

All documents that are stored with Bigmore Will Writing are in accordance with the Society of Will Writers guidelines in a secure location.  If at any time offices are moved, you will be informed of the new location in writing.
