Tadj has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years having commenced with Nat West Bank as a banker, before moving to financial services. He then moved to an alternative challenge with Lloyds where he became a business consultant advising companies as well as individuals. Tadj became an independent adviser and built up extensive client relationships from 2002 to 2025 before merging his clients into Bigmore to plan for the longer term.
Outside of work Tadj enjoys travelling with his wife Jo to various places but his second home is Spain.

- Likes: Golf, warmer climates, afternoon coffee, spending time with friends and my children.
- Dislikes: Never seeming to get any better at golf. Grey winters.
- Interests/Hobbies: Golf, Football, Holidays, walking by the ocean, and making long lasting memories.

- Favourite holiday destination: Southern Spain, or more recently the Maldives
