Managing Director, Chartered Financial Planner
Adam started working for Bigmore Associates on work experience over 15 years ago and after joining the firm full time has worked through every role before taking over as a director 8 years ago. Highly qualified to chartered status Adam combines technical knowledge with strong experience in all aspects of financial planning. As the business owner, Adam ensures the highest standards of advice and service are upheld throughout the business in an ever changing financial landscape.
Financial Planner, DipPFS
John has worked in Financial Services for 18 years as a Financial Planner, and has settled back at Bigmores in this, his second period with the firm. John has experienced every type of market condition within this period and is therefore well equipped to deal with the challenges that lie ahead. Maintaining strong and communicative relationships are at the core of what we do as Financial Advisers, and this has meant that John continues to look after individuals and their families stretching back to his first meetings as an adviser nearly two decades ago. You will find John to be direct and straightforward in his approach, from the first meeting onwards. John is married to Rachel, Bigmores Will Writer, and they have six children between them.
Mortgage and Protection Adviser, Cert CII (MP & FS)
Chris joined Bigmore Associates in 2013 as a general administrator and has worked up to his current role of Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Chris deals with all aspects of the role including purchases, remortgages, additional borrowing, buy to let mortgages and supporting life cover. He is also continuing his professional development with the aim to be a fully qualified financial planner within the next 2 years.
David joined Bigmore Associates in November 2016 having spent 28 years working at Standard Life Assurance Co as a Broker Sales Consultant and Business Consultant dealing with Independent Financial Advisers in London West End and more recently in the Surrey area. During this time David engaged with Financial Advisers, dealing with Life and Investment Financial product requirements for their clients together with investment management considerations from individual funds through to Discretionary Managed Portfolios. David lives in West Wimbledon and is married with 3 children.
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Cain joined Bigmores in 2016 having completed his postgraduate studies, and worked in a varied admin support role. Currently, he offers advice on all aspects of the mortgage market and hopes to cater for each individual’s personal requirements.
Hussain joined Bigmore Associates in 2016 as a Paraplanner, having worked in the financial services industry for seven years. He is responsible for a large proportion of the initial research and planning aspects of the advice process. Hussain holds the DipFA and CeMAP Qualifications and achieved chartered status in July 2017.
Emilie joined Bigmores in 2014 as a financial administrator, having worked in the financial services industry previously. She provides support to the advisers with a variety of research and admin-based tasks, and recently started the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, which she is aiming to complete in 2017.
Pensions and Investments Administrator
Owen joined Bigmores in 2018 as a pensions and investments administrator, having previously worked as a financial assistant at a well known wealth management firm. Owen currently provides support to the advisers with a variety of research and admin-based tasks, and is seeking to complete his Diploma in the near future with the aim of becoming a successful paraplanner.
Aida joined Bigmore Associates in 2018, as a pension and investment administrator, having previously worked as a financial administrator for a wealth management company and as an Assistant Lecturer in Consumer Behaviour and Business Negotiations. She provides support with research, administration and audit, as well as with preparing portfolio valuations. Aida holds a BA and MA in Business Administration and plans to get further financial services qualifications in the near future.
Michelle handles all aspects of our accounts, and provides admin support to the team.
