Not only does a Will ensure that your wishes for the distribution of your estate are carried out as you want, it also helps ease the stress and heartache of what is sure to be a difficult time for your loved ones.
With our in house clinics you can provide your employees with the opportunity to understand the importance, and start the process of, having a Will written. These clinics can be held in person or online, bringing our expertise and empathy directly to your teams.
These short meetings will allow you to learn the process of importance of having a will, gain understanding of what you might want to include, review your current will, as well as discuss any potential estate planning needs you may have for the future. Whether you are looking for the basics of how to begin, or have questions about the next steps for you, we welcome anyone and everyone who is looking to understand or change their current situation.

If you’re putting off having a Will made, ask yourself why. And then get in touch with Bigmore Wills & Probate.
Sadly, over 60% of people in the UK dies without a valid will in place.
When this happens, the specifics of how your estate is distributed are decided by what is known as the Rules of Intestacy. Falling back on this rule could lead to your loved ones having to endure a lengthy court process, rather than have the time and space they need to grieve their loss. Therefore, it is important that you understand what will happen to your family and your estate should you die without a Will.
Many people think that once a Will is written, it does not need to be looked at again. This is not the case.
Not only could legislation changes have an impact on the way your Will is written but so can personal circumstances. Marriage, divorce, new members of the family, loss of members of the family, financial changes and other logistics are all reasons a Will might need to be adjusted or completely rewritten.
This video explains the changes which might require your will to be updated.
